This policy explains what Kinsight Technologies LLC ("Kinsight", "we") collects, why, and what you can do about it. It covers this website, our Wallet loyalty cards, and our data collection services.

Website

This site does not use advertising trackers. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply.

Wallet loyalty cards

When you join a shop's loyalty card through Kinsight, we collect:

• Your first name and an email or phone number, if you choose to give them.
• Your stamps, rewards and visit dates at that shop.
• The receipt number you enter when you collect a stamp, used only to check the stamp against the shop's sales.
• Technical identifiers Apple Wallet or Google Wallet need to keep your card up to date.

We use this to run the card and to show the shop owner totals such as how many customers came back. We do not sell your information. Shops see the loyalty activity for their own store only.

You can delete the card from your Wallet at any time. To have your data erased, email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Data collection services

People recorded for our data projects take part only after signing a written recording consent in their own language. That consent explains what is recorded, how it is used and how to withdraw.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. California residents have these rights under the CCPA. We will not treat you differently for asking.
